Some of the city’s brighest young scientific minds competed during the Science Olympiad held at Grover Cleveland High School in Ridgewood last Saturday, Feb. 1. As noted, 51 teams from over 30 schools across the city competed in various engineering programs held throughout the day. Medals were awarded to winning teams and scientists during a ceremony held at the conclusion of the event. Four Grover Cleveland students (top left photo) medaled in the Astronomy division. Among those who participated were students from Archbishop Moore High School (middle left photo) and John Bowne High School (left photo).
