Scott W. Cooper, a long-time real estate broker and attorney, is looking to move into smaller space and find a partner to take a stake in his business.
Cooper Real Estate, which has been located at 47-16 44th Street for nearly 25 years, is likely to move to 47-12 44th Street (next door)—where Vida Saludable Health Life was located, Scott Cooper said.
Cooper, who owns the building, is looking for a tenant where he is currently located. He said that he no longer needs the space, since he tends to work and meet people outside of the office.
Cooper said that he is also looking for a partner/manager since he is involved in many areas of the real estate business—from mortgage origination, property management, sales and title work—that he needs help.
