Patrol Thanks Former 104 Executive Officer

The 104th Precinct Civilian Observation Patrol (104COP) presented Capt. John Travaglia, former 104th Precinct executive officer, with a custom street sign for his dedicated service at the March general membership meeting. NYPD certificates of recognition were also presented to members of the civilian patrol for their work in parts of Queens that were devastated by Hurricane Sandy.
