The number 7 train between Times Square and 74th Street/Roosevelt Avenue will be closed in both directions this weekend.
Service will be down from 2 a.m. Saturday through 4:30 a.m. Monday, the MTA said.
The MTA said that it will be providing two free shuttle services this weekend. One shuttle bus will pick up riders at stations between 74th Street/Roosevelt and Queensboro Plaza. Riders will then be directed to take the N train.
The second shuttle bus will take riders from Vernon Blvd/Jackson Avenue through to Queensboro Plaza. Riders will be directed to take the N train.
The service disruptions are due to the ongoing construction taking place along the 7 line, which is expected to end in 2017.
