Two female bystanders were shot by a gunman who opened fire on and killed a Brooklyn man outside the Bushwick Houses in East Williamsburg early on Sunday morning, Aug. 10, it was reported.

Police said the shooter’s intended target-Jahmal Jerome, 24, of Sands Street in Vinegar Hill-died after sustaining a gunshot wound to his head.
