Addabbo Feasts In Ridgewood

The Federazione Italo-Americana di Brooklyn and Queens Fresh Pond Road Festival was held along the Ridgewood commercial strip from Thursday, Sept. 4 through Sunday, Sept. 7. The festival brought vendors to Fresh Pond Road between Woodbine and Menahan streets in Ridgewood. “Not only does this group live and love the Italian tradition, but they remind us to do the same,” State Sen. Joseph Addabbo, who attended the festival said. “The Federazione Italo not only support each other, they work for the neighborhood as a whole, as was shown when I was able to present one member with a Community Service Award. I look forward to many more events with these people.”
