Disaster Prep Event In Forest Hills

Helping residents ready themselves for any emergency was the focus of a disaster prep event hosted by the Forest Hills-Rego Park Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) last Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Forest Hills Little League Fleet Street ballfields. The event included activities for children, including a rock-climbing wall, and featured Operation Child ID photo identification and digital fingerprinting program.
