Bandit Breaks Into Parked R’wood Rig

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding the man pictured at right who allegedly stole property from a parked truck in Ridgewood earlier this month. Law enforcement sources said the break-in occurred between 12:30 and 3 p.m. on Oct. 2 in front of a location on Covert Street between Wyckoff and Irving avenues. Reportedly, the suspect removed a GPS along with $1,400 cash and a New York State driver’s license. The break-in was later reported to the 104th Precinct, and the case was presented to the 104th Precinct Detective Squad. Anyone with information regarding the break-in or the suspect’s whereabouts is asked to call the 104th Precinct Detective Squad at 1-718-386-2735; all calls will be kept confidential.
