Seventh-graders at St. Pancras Church in Glendale received the sacrament of Confirmation from Bishop Frank Caggiano of the Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens during a ceremony on Oct. 19 at the house of worship. Assemblyman Mike Miller was honored at the Woodhaven Manor last Friday, Oct. 24. The Association of Mutual Help Unity and Solidarity (AAMUS) recognized Miller and other elected officials for their dedication to the community.
