Putting on a Car Show In Forest Park

The wonders of western Queens were on display at a special NYC & Company networking event at the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria on Oct. 18. Employees of local cultural organizations

Car lovers headed out on the highway to Forest Park on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 5, for the East Coast Car Association’s annual fall festival. Held at the Forest Park Bandshell parking lot, guests got to browse classic cars from years goneby and enjoy other activities, including live music performed by the Joe Fuoco Music Center (at left). Proceeds from the event benefit the association and its annual Toys for Tots Christmas ride to St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital in Bayside.
