Senior Dancers Get Legs Up In Lic

City Council Majority Leader Jimmy Van Bramer visited local residents at Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement House’s senior center in Long Island City’s Queensbridge section last Monday, Dec. 1, and participated in the seniors center’s “Dance for Seniors” program, which is choreographed and facilitated by Dances for a Variable Population. In this photo, Van Bramer is joined by his mother Elizabeth; Naomi Goldberg Hass, artistic director for Dances for a Variable Population; Christopher Hanway, executive director of the Jacob A.
