In the space of a week, a burglar broke into the same Astoria bakery twice—making off with nearly $2000 in cash, according to the police.
The burglar allegedly broke into Parisi Bakery, located at 30-17 Broadway, in the early hours of Dec. 27 and Jan. 1, according to police. Each time he would go behind the counter and help himself to the cash register.
Police have released a video of the alleged suspect.
