Yogurt La Crepe, which opened last year at 29-02 Ditmars Blvd, has been closed—temporarily– by the Health Department.
The eatery, which serves frozen yogurt and crepes, will not be able to reopen until it addresses a list the following violations.
1) Food Protection Certificate not held by supervisor of food operations.
2) Raw, cooked or prepared food is adulterated, contaminated, cross-contaminated, or not discarded in accordance with HACCP plan.
3) Evidence of mice or live mice present in facility’s food and/or non-food areas.
4) Facility not vermin proof. Harborage or conditions conducive to attracting vermin to the premises and/or allowing vermin to exist.
Yogurt La Crepe reopened after being closed for two days, indicating that the issues were minor and easily remedied.
