Wrecking ball to come out, make way for Queens Plaza development

Construction of another large Queens Plaza apartment building is in the works.

Crescent & 27, the company listed as the owner of 42-22 27^th Street, has filed permits to construct a 15-story, 99 dwelling unit building across the street from Heatherwood’s 27^th on 27^th development.

The corner lot is just one block from Queens Plaza South.

A 2-story brick building currently occupies the site.
