Individuals sought in East Elmhurst limo company robbery: NYPD

EAST ELMHURST — Police were looking for four individuals in connection with a commercial robbery inside a limousine service in East Elmhurst, the NYPD said.

Three individuals entered Stride Limo at 23-57 83rd St. in East Elmhurst Feb. 19 at about 10 p.m., according to the NYPD.

One individual displayed a firearm and demanded money from a 48-year-old man, they said. The individuals removed the victim’s cell phone and wallet containing credit cards and miscellaneous items.

The victim was not hospitalized, police said. The fourth individual acted as a lookout. They fled in a dark-colored minivan with unknown Florida license plates.

The first suspect is a black male 20-30 years old, officials said. He is about 6 foot or 6-foot-1 and was last seen wearing a dark winter coat with light-colored lining on the hood, dark blue jeans and tan boots.

The other three suspects are black males 20-30 years old, between 5-foot-10 and 6-foot-3, police said.

No arrests have been made, according to an NYPD spokeswoman.
