FLUSHING—An off-duty firefighter was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in the 109th Precinct area, the NYPD said.
On Wednesday at about 9:18 a.m., Richard Suchite, 27, was arrested and charged with a first offense of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08 and a first offense DWI, according to the police.
A police spokesman said there are no other details about the incident yet.
