A Flushing-bound 7 train struck and injured a man at the Woodside station this morning.
The man was leaning over the edge of the platform and was looking in the wrong direction when the incoming 7-train struck him at 8:28 am, according to an MTA spokesman.
The victim was conscious and transported to Elmhurst hospital.
The incident, which caused some train delays, led to the express service being down for about an hour.
