The luxury rental tower QLIC has leased more than a third of its apartments six weeks after opening, developers announced Monday.
QLIC is located at 41-42 24th St. The 421-unit tower contains mostly one-bedroom apartments, with some two-bedrooms, studios, and a small number of three-bedrooms.
World Wide Group, the project’s developer, said that so far renters are predominantly young professionals and families.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming our new residents, and anticipate a rapid lease-up over the coming months,” Rachel Loeb, Director of Development at World Wide Group, said in a statement.
QLIC opened for leasing roughly six weeks ago.
Amenities at the building include a pool, fitness center, outdoor barbeques and picnic areas and private balconies and terraces.
Per the QLIC website, currently available studios start at $2,345 per month, one bedrooms at $2,539, two-bedrooms at $3,761 and three-bedrooms at $4,607.
