Two men allegedly drove their car into a man outside a Woodside nightclub, grabbed the victim’s money while he lay on the ground and then drove off, according to police.
The incident occurred outside Medusa Lounge, located at 25-18 50th Street, on August 15 at 2:00am.
According to police, the perpetrators allegedly chased the 29-year-old victim out of the lounge before striking the victim with a black vehicle.
Once the victim was on the ground, police said, the suspects removed the man’s necklace, money and cell phone, then got back in the car and sped away.
The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
