Two brothers were arrested after swiping packages from Astoria homes.
The men, identified as Amr Mohamed, 32, and Marawan Mohamed, 27, stole packages that had been left in front of residents’ doors, according to police.
The brothers were stealing the packages along 28th Avenue, in the vicinity of Steinway Street, according to an NYPD spokesperson.
The two are facing four charges of petty larceny, the spokesperson said.
They also face robbery charges after pretending to have a firearm and robbing money from a cab driver.
They were arrested on Tuesday.
