Four lots ripe for development on the Glendale/Ridgewood border are available for lease by Greiner Maltz Investment Properties for $125,000 per year.

The property, located at 79-02 Cypress Ave., is owned by Ridgewood Motorcars Inc., and they are leasing the land to a potential buyer. The buyer would then be responsible for the development of the land, constructing a building on the site and all other expenses related to the new building.

Described as a triple net lease opportunity, the property is an assemblage of four lots. Together, the lots combine for approximately 102 feet by 116 feet of space, with approximately 11,832 square feet of space.

The development site is located within an R4-1 zone and has 23,664 square feet of buildable space.

Currently, there is a small, 450-square-foot building on the property that was previously used as office space. It is located near the Jackie Robinson Parkway, as well as Halsey Street L train station, offering easy access to Manhattan.
