Two men pushed a 30-year-old woman to the ground and took off with her purse near the LINC LIC building earlier this month, police said.
The woman was walking home from work at about 11:15 pm on Feb. 1 when two men approached her from behind and pushed her to the ground at the south east corner of 43rd Avenue and Crescent Street.
After a brief struggle, the men took her purse and fled from the scene, according to police. The two men were last seen running eastbound on Crescent Street.
The woman was not injured. However, the men stole her Michael Kors bag, iPhone 6 and some personal information.
Police described one of the men as black, 19-years-old, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 150 lbs., with short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, gray hooded sweat jacket.
The other man was described as black, approximately 6’2″ tall, with an Afro. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a grey hooded sweat jacket.
