A man entered a Sunnyside jewelry store Friday, produced a firearm and robbed the jeweler of $15,000 worth of gold, diamonds and watches, according to police.
The alleged perpetrator went inside A.D.L. Jewelers, located at 39-38 Queens Boulevard, at about 3:40 pm on March 25. The suspect then pulled out a gun and demanded that the jeweler hand over his gold, diamonds and watches.
The jeweler complied and the robber took off with $15,000 in valuables.
Surveillance video from inside the store was captured.
Police are asking the public to call 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) if they have any information on the robbery.
