A pickpocketer plucked cash out of the front pocket of a man at the 52nd Street and Roosevelt Avenue subway station on Tuesday, police said.

The suspect approached the 61-year-old victim from behind on the staircase at around 10:40 am and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from his front pants pocket. The alleged perpetrator then fled in an unknown direction

The individual is a male, black, approximately 25-years of age, 5’3″, 160lbs., long black hair, medium complexion, last seen wearing a black shirt, and dark pants.
