For the second time this month, Showtime’s “Billions” will be coming to Middle Village and Glendale to film scenes for its upcoming second season.

On Thursday, Oct. 20, “Billions” will be heading back to their favorite pizzeria — Rosa’s Pizzeria located at 75-59 Metropolitan Ave. — to shoot interior and exterior scenes.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., crews will transform Rosa’s into “Capparello’s Pizza” and film a scene where the District Attorney and FBI agents arrive to interview the pizzeria’s owner. There will be 30 background actors, six parked picture cars, two FBI official vehicles, and four FBI agents with holstered weapons.

The film company has been granted permission for actors to carry rubber prop guns in a holster as part of their wardrobe, to stage parked FBI picture vehicles, and to stage and operate a camera on the sidewalk and curb lane.

For this portion of filming, parking will be restricted on 78th Street between 66th Drive and Metropolitan Avenue for the entire length of the west side of the street; the whole north side of Metropolitan Avenue between 78th and 75th streets; and the full south side of Metropolitan Avenue between 74th and 78th streets.

From 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. the following morning, “Billions” will be filming inside Broadway Stages, located at 70-24 83rd St., in Glendale.

Broadway Stages will be made into the U.S. Attorney’s Office where there will be an interior dialogue scene with 30 background actors.

Parking will be restricted on the south side of Cooper Avenue between 80th and 83rd streets for a quarter of the block; 83rd Street between Cooper Avenue and the bend for the whole west side, and the east side for two truck lengths.
