The police released a photo yesterday of a man who allegedly tried to rob a woman in Long Island City in February.
The man, who has been identified as Hymi Myers, is wanted for trying to grab a 33-year-old woman’s keys and cellphone while she was walking in the vicinity of 44th Drive and 23rd Street at around 1:00 am Sunday, February 21, cops said.
The victim managed to run away and keep her property, police said.
The police are asking the public for help in locating Myers, 39, who has been described as black, 5’9” and 160lbs.
