NYPD: Astoria apartment building burglarized twice in two days

Police are searching for three suspects who stole packages and cash from the same Astoria apartment building twice last week.

Two men and a woman entered an apartment building on 30th Street around 3:53 p.m. last Tuesday, January 10 and took several packages from the lobby before leaving in a silver Nissan Pathfinder, according to police.

Two of the same suspects returned to the same building at 2:12 am Wednesday and went down to the laundry room in the basement, where they pried open a cash machine and stole an unknown amount of cash before fleeing in the same car again.

Police have released a video of the suspects and anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
