The annual Sunnyside Restaurant Week will kick off its fifth year in October, where diners from all over can score three-course dinners for $25 from a host of neighborhood restaurants.

The week-long event will begin on Oct. 1 and run through Oct. 7, where 29 restaurants including Ariyoshi, Dazies, de Mole, and Turkish Grill, will offer 3-course dinner menus, while others have created a special lunch menu. In all, restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, including Peruvian, Japanese, Italian, Tibetan, and Irish will be represented.

Diners who eat out three times during Sunnyside Restaurant Week will be entered to win dinner for four through a $250 gift certificate by collecting three stickers on the Sunnyside Restaurant week postcard. The cards can be obtained at all participating restaurants, and can be returned with the three stickers to a participating restaurant where one will be chosen at random from all.

Details on the opening night reception have yet to be released.

The restaurant week is presented by the Sunnyside Shines Business Improvement District and aims to showcase Sunnyside as an ideal dining destination for all New Yorkers.

“Sunnyside Restaurant Week is a great opportunity for everyone,” says Jaime-Faye Bean, executive director of Sunnyside Shines. “It makes for a great date night for our local residents, but we also want New Yorkers from outside the neighborhood and even visitors to the City to come discover on of the City’s best neighborhoods while having a delicious and memorable meal.”
