Studio through four-bedroom apartments are available for $2,178, $2,594, $4,394, $4,745 and  $7,385, respectively. Each tower will feature an outdoor roof terrace, party room and lounge and children’s playrooms.

Residents will also have access to the park, which was designed by landscape architects HMWhite. The park features a children’s playground, dog park, bocce court, barbecue grills, picnic tables and ping-pong tables.

A five-story, 45,000-square-foot amenity clubhouse dubbed The Club at Jackson Park overlooks the park and includes a spa, sauna, steam rooms, a meditation lounge and changing rooms. The fitness studio at The Park was curated by fitness expert Jay Wright and residents will have access to 21 gym classes per week.

It also includes a 75-foot indoor pool and basketball/volleyball and squash courts. The rooftop features an outdoor pool and hot tub with cabanas.

“At Jackson Park, we sought to partner with design and lifestyle tastemakers who could strongly execute Tishman Speyer’s vision for the site and ensure Jackson Park becomes Long Island City’s most coveted residential address,” said Rob Speyer, CEO of Tishman Speyer. “Jay Wright and the designers from Clodagh Design, HMWhite Landscape Architects, Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects and Hill West Architects exceeded our expectations and helped us create a true community with an unparalleled luxury product that is unlike anything else.”
