Queens residents will be able to celebrate the New Year with Cardi B at the Knockdown Center in Maspeth.

The Bronx-bred rapper will headline the performance space’s New Year’s Eve party on Dec. 31 starting at 9.m. Music will also be provided by DJ Prostyle, Shelby Sells, DJ Be Be and DJ Venus X.

Located at 52-19 Flushing Ave., the space operated as a door factory for 100 years, before it was turned into the art and performance space in 2011.

Cardi B, who started her career as a stripper and then gained a large following in Instagram, starred in VH1’s reality TV show “Live & Hip Hop: New York” in 2015. She also made her musical debut that year and in 2017 signed a record deal with Atlantic Records.

She is most famously known for her song “Bodak Yellow,” which peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in Sept. 2017. She was the first female rapper to achieve this since Lauryn Hill in 1998.

Cardi B made an appearance in Queens in August when she performed in front of 4,000 people at MoMA PS1’s Warm Up series.

Tickets to the New Year’s Eve performance include hors d’oeuvres and a champagne toast at midnight. VIP ticket holders will get express entry, a champagne open bar from 9 p.m. to midnight and a special marked-off section of the space.

Early Bird tickets cost $60, General Admission tickets cost $75, and once they sell out, Last Minute tickets will cost $100. The VIP tickets cost $150 and the Table Service package, which includes VIP entry for four and three bottles and mixers cost $187.50.
