Man Steals Tablets, Electronics, From Jackson Avenue Hair Salon: NYPD

Police are looking for a man reported to have stolen tablets and other electronics from a hair salon along Jackson Avenue last week.

The incident happened on Dec. 6 at around 5:07 a.m., when the man broke into Phoenix Hair Studio at 10-87 Jackson Ave. through its front window, according to police.

The man then took a tablet, a DVR, and a Mac Mini Tablet from inside the salon, police said. Video from inside the store and released by the NYPD shows the suspect, dressed in dark clothing and covering most of his face with a hoodie and hat, roaming through the salon.

The estimated value of the stolen items is $1500, according to an NYPD spokesperson.
