Bicyclist Robs 92-Year-Old Woman on Astoria Street, NYPD Releases Video of Suspect

The police have released footage of a bicyclist who allegedly robbed a 92-year-old woman while she was walking down 46th Street in Astoria Saturday night.

The bicyclist allegedly rode up behind the elderly woman at around 7:30 pm, March 3, on 46th Street and ripped her handbag from her shoulder.

The elderly woman fell to the ground during the incident and suffered a laceration to her nose and pain to her left shoulder.

She was taken to Mount Sinai in stable condition.

The police did not reveal where on 46th Street the incident occurred.
