Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building on 32nd Street.
The building, planned for 37-29 32nd St., will feature 10 apartments, as well as commercial space located on the first floor and in the cellar.
The building will offer a cellar-level fitness studio. Building tenants will also have access to a bike storage room in the cellar. A residential lobby and commercial space will be located on the first floor.
A duplex will also be located on the first floor and in the cellar of the building. The other apartments will be located on floors two through five, and tenants will also have access to a roof terrace.
Demolition permits for an existing single-story building were filed in June.
The property is located two blocks from the 39th Ave. (N/W) subway station and three blocks from the 36th St. (R) station.
The property is owned by Brett Harris of Aki Development. ND Kazalas Architecture is responsible for the design.
