The 24-year-old Astoria woman who went missing Saturday was found yesterday.
Jazmin Fernandez was found by police at King’s County Hospital in Brooklyn at around 1:15 p.m. Police say that she is in good physical condition, although she is under observation.
Fernandez went missing from her 34th Street home at around 6 a.m. on Saturday. Her family posted pictures of her on Facebook to ask the public to help find her.
Fernandez suffers from severe depression, her sister Lisa Maria Fernandez said, and has been repeatedly hospitalized for her condition.
