Police have released a photo and video of a suspect who allegedly punched a 35-year-old man in the face early Sunday near Queens Plaza.
The male suspect got into a confrontation with the victim at around 1:15 a.m. near 41-10 29th St., police say.
The suspect punched the 35-year-old man in the face, sending the victim crashing to the pavement. The victim knocked his head against the pavement and was left unconscious.
The suspect then got into a white sport utility vehicle and drove north on 29th Street.
Emergency responders rushed the victim to a local hospital, where he is now in critical condition.
The suspect is described as a bald, dark-skinned man. He was last seen wearing a light-colored long sleeved shirt and jeans.
