According to police, at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 10, two unknown men walked into the store located at 38-02 Broadway. Once inside, the suspects took an undetermined amount of scratch-off lottery tickets and left the store.
Deciding they didn’t take enough merchandise, the crooks then pushed their way back into the store past an employee and went behind the counter, grabbing packs of cigarettes before fleeing to parts unknown.
