Permits have been filed for a 7-story apartment building on Crescent Street.

The structure, which will be located at 30-04 Crescent St., will offer 14 units.

The property is across the street from Mt. Sinai Queens and is five blocks from the 30th Avenue (N/W) subway station. A one-story commercial building is currently located on the property; demolition permits have not yet been filed.

The planned building would be 70 feet tall and 7,635 square feet.

Three apartments would be located on each level on floors two through five. One apartment will take up the sixth floor, and another apartment will encompass the seventh floor.

The building will also offer a first floor lobby, storage in the cellar and seven outdoor parking spaces.

Developer D. Casamento & Son Inc. is the owner of the property. The architect is Topos Designs.
