Multiple charges were levied against an off-duty FDNY firefighter Wednesday night after he turned himself into the police in South Ozone Park, according to the NYPD.
Terrence Pridgeon, 42, gave himself up to the 106th Precinct and was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful assembly, criminal trespass, harassment and refusal to take a breath test, according to authorities.
The arrest occurred after a female victim called 911 and alleged that he trespassed on her property on 135th Street near Rockaway Boulevard, according to police. The NYPD did not provide further information about any relationship between Pridgeon and the woman.
The investigation remains ongoing.
