Cushman & Wakefield announced that they have retained two major commercial building listings in Bayside and Forest Hills.
“Each property benefits from exceptional visibility with significant frontage and is set along highly trafficked corridors near major transportation assets,” said Stephen R. Preuss of Cushman & Wakefield.
The Bayside building, located at 201-03 Northern Blvd., is a two-story, 1,800-square-foot building. The first floor is currently vacant and used to house a dental practice with three exam rooms, office and reception area. The second floor is leased through 2022 by an architect’s office. The building’s asking price is $1.79 million.
Just five blocks east from the Clearview Expressway, the building is within walking distance of the Auburndale and Bayside Long Island Rail Road train stations.
Across the borough in Forest Hills, Cushman & Wakefield retained the listing of a fully leased retail and office building. Located at 71-34 Austin St., the 3,136-square-foot building is leased to a restaurant, Tamashi Red, and the second-floor office space is leased to an executive recruiter.
The asking price for the building is $4.1 million.
Due to Austin Street’s high foot traffic and abundance of national retailers, the building is a highly sought-after location for retail. The building is also easily accessible by the Long Island Rail Road as well as the E, F, M and R subway trains.
