Police are searching for Jordan Arias, 18, who allegedly tried to rob a 15-year-old at knifepoint in Woodside during a botched drug deal last month.
Police say Arias met the 15-year-old at the 69th Street 7 train subway station in Woodside on Feb. 5 around 8:20 p.m. to sell him a vile of THC oil.
Arias, according to police, allegedly pulled out a knife when the victim would not hand over the drug money. The two struggled with one another before the victim was slashed in the forearm.
Arias allegedly fled the train station in an unknown direction and the victim got in a cab to Elmhurst Hospital where he was treated.
The police do not know where Arias lives.
Anyone with information in regards to this crime is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
