Female who allegedly used stolen Metrocard (NYPD Crimestoppers)

Police are searching for a man who followed a 37-year-old woman into the lobby of an Astoria apartment building and then choked and robbed her earlier this month.
The suspect allegedly approached the woman from behind, grabbed her by the neck and threw the victim to the ground inside her lobby at around 1:10 a.m. on March 2, police said. He then took the woman’s wallet that contained $150, a MetroCard and her credit cards, and fled in an unknown direction.
The incident took place in the vicinity of 33rd Street and 34th Avenue, police said. The victim was not injured.
Two days later, the victim’s MetroCard was used by an unidentified woman at the 155th and Frederick Douglass Boulevard station at around 5:06 p.m., police said.
Police are searching for the woman and the male suspect for questioning.
The man is described as Hispanic, about 6 feet tall, and was last seen wearing a camouflage coat with a design on the back, and blue jeans.
The woman who used the victim’s MetroCard is described as Hispanic, 160 pounds, and between 30 and 35 years old. She was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black shoes and a black baseball cap.
