Vicinity of Crash According to NYPD (Google Maps)

A cyclist was struck by a truck this morning on the border of Woodside and Maspeth and was taken to hospital in critical condition.
The crash took place in the vicinity of 69th Street and Maurice Avenue at around 7:40 a.m., according to police.
When police arrived on the scene, they discovered a critically injured 32-year-old Hispanic man. He was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital.
The truck driver remained on the scene and police say no criminality was involved.
The investigation remains ongoing.
