Quontic Bank located at 31-05 Broadway

Quontic Bank is moving its corporate headquarters from Astoria to midtown Manhattan.
The Astoria bank, located at 31-05 Broadway, will be uprooting its executive team in Astoria and moving them to 1 Rockefeller Plaza. The Astoria location will remain open, with the focus being on retail banking and small-business lending.
“People will still be able to handle loans and bank here,” said Nicholas Beyer, a Quontic spokesperson. “We are expanding but there really won’t be any noticeable difference to the customer.”
Quontic is renting 20,000 square feet of the Tishman Speyer building, located between West 48 Street and West 49 Street. The lease starts in July.
The bank, which offers everything from personal checking to small-business loans, has six branches spread across the East Coast.
“Given our company growth, we needed to provide more space for all of our employees. The mortgage operations team will continue to operate from our current Astoria location,” said Steven Schnall, CEO of Quontic shares in a statement.
“The team is looking forward to having multiple locations throughout NYC to best serve our customers as Quontic scales as an adaptive digital bank.”
