Police are searching for six men men wanted in connection with a brutal assault that took place inside an Astoria 7-Eleven last month.
On Friday May 24, around 11 p.m., the group of suspects chased a 25-year-old man into the 7-Eleven, located at 30-01 30 Ave., and began to physically assault him.
One of the suspects used a liquor bottle to hit the victim multiple times before the bottle eventually broke. The victim’s abdomen, chest, and arm were punctured by the glass bottle.
EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to Elmhurst General Hospital, police said.
The five suspects are seen in security camera footage from the 7-Eleven.
