Two men attempted to steal cosmetics from a Rite Aid in Astoria last week, police said.

The make-up bandits entered the store, located at 32-14 31st St, on Nov. 13 at about 9:45 p.m. and attempted to shoplift cosmetics from the drug store, police said.

An employee went to stop the duo and one of the men pulled out a boxcutter and threatened the employee inside, cops said. The suspects, however, left empty handed.
