Man Attacked and Robbed for Apple AirPods by Trio in LIC

Police have released images of three males who are suspected of attacking and robbing a man in Dutch Kills earlier this month.

The suspects approached the 25-year-old male victim from behind and began punching him in the body on Wednesday, March 18 at around 4:45 p.m.

The trio then stole the victim’s Apple AirPods – in an attack that took place in the vicinity of 38-20 32 Street, according to police.

The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown location.

The first suspect is described as being 5-feet-8 inches tall and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, a black t-shirt, black sneakers, and a black knit cap.

The second suspect is described as being 5-feet-9 inches tall with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded jacket, a white t-shirt, dark-colored pants, and gray sneakers.

The third suspect was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, light-colored sneakers with green laces and a black backpack.
