St. Albans man charged with attempted murder after shooting three teens in April: NYPD

Police announced the arrest of the man who is believed to have shot three teenagers in Fresh Meadows in April.

Jordan Jerome, 22, of St. Albans was charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon on Tuesday, Oct. 25, according to authorities.

On Wednesday, April 28, at approximately 4:10 p.m. opposite 64-50 188 St., a 14-year-old female and two 18-year-old males were walking together when they were approached by four unidentified individuals who engaged in a verbal dispute, according to the NYPD. One of the individuals pulled out a firearm and shot the 14-year-old in the neck, the 18-year-old in the leg and the other 18-year-old in the torso, police said.

The other suspects fled in a gray sedan heading northbound on 188th Street, according to authorities.
