A Bronx man was arrested on Friday, Jan. 13, and charged with public lewdness for allegedly pleasuring himself in front of a 16-year-old F train rider in October, according to the NYPD.
Shimon Clarke, 36, of Nelson Avenue in Highbridge, was on board a northbound F on the morning of Oct. 6 when he was allegedly seen masturbating while staring at the teenager as the train pulled into the Parsons Boulevard and Hillside Avenue station in Jamaica, police said.
There was no verbal or physical contact made with the victim.
Clarke was booked at the 107th Precinct in Fresh Meadows on Jan. 13 and charged with one count of public lewdness, according to the NYPD.
