The U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) has announced that tennis stars Carlos Alcaraz and Iga Swiatek, along with fan-favorite YouTube sensation Dude Perfect, will headline the upcoming Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day on Saturday, Aug. 24.

Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day, an anchor event during Fan Week, is the world’s largest tennis grassroots event and takes place annually on the Saturday before the start of the US Open main draw.

The free event, which celebrates the legacy of tennis legend Arthur Ashe, will takee place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing and feature a variety of musical performances, in addition to a performance by YouTube trick shot sensations Dude Perfect, who will pit themselves against Alcaraz and Swiatek, Olympic gold medalist Zheng Qinwen and US tennis legend Andre Agassi in a series of tennis games and challenges.

Some audience members will also be invited to take part in the “off-kilter” tennis challenges, while Dude Perfect aims to create some multi-sport challenges as well.

The Dude Perfect show is set to take place inside Arthur Ashe Stadium at 2 p.m., while fans will be welcome to watch player practices taking place across the grounds ahead of the beginning of the US Open main draw on Monday, Aug. 26.

Prior to the Dude Perfect show, a number of musical performers will take to the Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day Fountain Plaza Stage, including breakout pop vocalist Alex Sampson, L-Pop girl group Bella Dose, R&B boy band WanMor and American Idol favorite Wé Ani.

The event, which rising young actor Leo Abelo Perry will co-host, will also feature a performance from YouTube stars MusicClubKids.

Twelve US Open courts will be devoted to tennis activities for kids, with drills, contests and competitions scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

For the third year in a row, the US Open has teamed up with its long-standing partner Wilson to make Wilson kids’ racquets available for pick-up for Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day attendees.

Fans can use the US Open’s free Fan Access pass to gain access to the free junior racquets, with two pick-up stations on-site on Aug. 24.

Fans who get the Fan Access pass can also receive a free original Marvel comic book that places some of the biggest stars in tennis alongside the Avengers.

The original comic book is set at the US Open and features a storyline celebrating this year’s theme – “celebrating the power of tennis.”

The comic, which features many of today’s biggest tennis stars, will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to fans who scan their Access Pass at the Power of Tennis booth near Arthur Ashe Stadium, with a limit of one comic per fan.

A number of Marvel superheroes will also be present to greet young fans during Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day.

Meanwhile, specially priced $10 meals will be available for kids and their families throughout Kids’ Day.
