Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices & Ice Cream, a beloved staple for frozen treats, is expanding to Forest Hills.
The iconic dessert brand, known for its extensive variety of cream ices, water ices, and ice cream, will take over a space on Austin Street near Continental Avenue next month, with plans to build out the store over the winter.
The new location is expected to hold a grand opening in March 2025, offering over 100 flavors of frozen treats that have made Ralph’s a household name. This expansion will mark the latest addition to the company’s presence in Queens, furthering its reach to local families and ice cream lovers.
Ralph’s already operates four other locations in Queens, including a recently re-opened branch in Astoria at 30-02 30th St. The other locations in the borough are in Glen Oaks, Middle Village and Whitestone.
Ralph’s rich history, starting from its original Staten Island location in 1928, continues to thrive with its classic and innovative flavors enjoyed across the region.
Most Ralph’s locations typically close for the winter season, but the Forest Hills location is poised to become a community favorite, just in time for the warm spring months ahead.
